1. Services Provided
Webworks offers a range of creative and technical services, including but not limited to:
- Web development
- Web design
- UX (User Experience) design
- UI (User Interface) design
- Branding and visual identity services
A detailed breakdown of deliverables, timelines, and costs will be included in a formal project proposal or agreement.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
All work will be carried out as described in the agreed-upon scope. Additional requests outside of this scope will require a new agreement and may incur additional fees. Clients are entitled to [insert number] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
3. Payment Terms

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime or data loss due to third-party tools or providers
- Delays caused by client inaction or scope changes
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such cases:
- All completed work will be billed and must be paid.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Unpaid deliverables remain Webworks’ intellectual property.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
